All items are dishwasher and microwave safe, though high temperatures are not recommended. Treat them as you treat your treasured dishware and they can be heirlooms. All clay bodies and glazes are non-toxic and safe for everyone.
Everything ships via USPS Priority mail within 3 business days of purchase and should arrive to you within 7 business days of shipment. I package all orders with plenty of non-plastic packing to make sure it arrives to you safely. Your order will be covered by shipping insurance and you will receive an email with tracking information. Please make sure all your contact and shipping information is up-to-date as I cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipments due to incorrect or incomplete information. Returns and refunds are accepted if item is not as described or arrives damaged. I will not accept returns or issue refunds if you do not read the full description or you have changed your mind. I work hard to make beautiful objects and rely on design-lovers such as yourself to keep the wheel spinning!
